  • Chicken
  • A Large Eggplant
  • One large potato
  • Sliced onion

  • Heat oil in a Kadai, add the ginger and garlic.

Directions to prepare Chicken Bartha-

 

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion puree until the raw flavour diminishes.
