Ingredients for Baingan Chicken-

 

  • Chicken
  • A Large Eggplant
  • One large potato
  • Sliced onion
  • Crushed Ginger and garlic
  • Turmeric

  • Heat oil in a Kadai, add the ginger and garlic.

  • Chicken boiled and shredded                            
  • Pureed onion                                        
  • Pureed Tomatoes

Directions to prepare Chicken Bartha-

 

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion puree until the raw flavour diminishes.

  • Pour the tomato puree into the pan and cook for a few minutes in high flame.
