Ingredients needed for Homemade Cauliflower Bhajji–
Small Cauliflower Florets – as per needed
Gram Flour – 3 Cups
Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Salt – as needed
How to cook Homemade Cauliflower Bhajji–
Prep the marination required for the homemade Cauliflower Bhajji by mixing the gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and water to form a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying; you can use vegetable oil or sunflower oil.
In the meanwhile, coat the cauliflower florets with the batter and dip them to the oil for deep frying once the oil heats up.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with/without a sauce of your choice.
